The following food categories are included in your package with a variety of menu selections in each category. Please inquire with our sales representative for a copy of the full list of menu selections in each category

Butler Passed Wedding Cake Service -

* Complimentary cutting of the cake, passing to guests on glass dessert plates with dessert forks

 

Included with Your Event:

  • Service staff as required, bread and butter, china dinner plates, china dessert plates, table top water glass, silverware, white/ivory or black linen napkins, all buffet items (chafing dishes, platters, basic buffet decor and serving utensils

  • Table set up to include fork, knife and napkin, plates on buffet

  • Additional napkin colors available at additional price

  • To go box for bride and groom with plasticware

  • If opting for Sharp Mountain bar package all purpose wine glasses and mixed drink glasses will be included for the bar.

Staff is based on 1 server per 35 guests with kitchen staff included. Additional servers maybe added at additional price.

Cleanup includes trash removal of caterer’s trash.
