Hi! Welcome to our new farmhouse. We are glad that you have found us and are considering staying here. The owners, David and Sheryl Collie, are well known for having a heart for serving others! The farmhouse was designed specifically for the wedding party and their family and friends in mind. You will see that our first priority is your comfort! Just think about how convenient it will be to be in sight of the venue! There is no need for a long drive in or staying in a cramped hotel. You can relax here cooking or catering in your rehearsal dinner the night before wedding day, have your hair and makeup done as early as you need on wedding day, while being only a few steps away from the venue after the wedding. The top level has side rooms where the girls can open the barn doors when not sleeping and congregate to talk wedding among other things and for families with small children who need to be nearby at bedtime. When the bottom level is complete in July 2025, it will be ADA compliant, have a private driveway and entrance for the groom and groomsmen or other families to stay. This level can be locked off from the main and top levels if required. Relax in front of our outdoor fire pit or while sitting on our wraparound porch. Admire the mountain view or listen to the running waters of Scarecorn Creek from down below. Come and enjoy your time here while in the mountains!
